Scrollworks Music School is a non-profit, low-cost tuition music school. We have been serving Birmingham since 2007.

We have amazing music teachers! Our teachers have extensive experience and/or are earning or have degrees in their field from prestigious programs, including Samford, Birmingham-Southern, and UAB.

We offer classes and private instruction, with a focus on orchestral instruments, including strings, woodwinds, and brass. We also offer lessons in piano, voice, and guitar/ukulele.

Scrollworks students are welcome to audition for one of our performing ensembles as part of the Metropolitan Youth Orchestras of Central Alabama when they are ready. New students are also welcome!

We have a Saturday morning Instrument Explorers class for our youngest students as well as a Children's Choir and Youth Choir. No auditions are necessary for classes or choir.
