Metropolitan Youth
Orchestra
A full orchestra for skilled musicians
ages 14-22.
Rehearses on Sundays from 2 pm to 4 pm. First
rehearsal September 7. First concert October 4.
Cost: $350/yr. Period. No other fees.

An orchestra for talented musicians, ages 10-16. Rehearses on
Mondays
from 7:00
to 8:30 at the Altamont School. First rehearsal September 8. First

Sustaining Members
For musicians from 18-22 who would like to participate in MYO, but will be out of town for much of the season. Sustaining members will participate in orchestra activities (including parties!) as their schedule allows. Cost: $100/yr.Become a sustaining member, support MYO, and play with us when you are in Birmingham! (You'll get a t-shirt, too!)

Concert Dress
The dress for each concert will vary depending on the venue and programming. Here's what to be prepared for:Formal:
Male: White shirt, long tie, black pants, and dress shoes and socks.
Female: Floor length black skirt or dress pants, white top covering shoulders, and black dress shoes.
Informal:
Official orchestra t-shirt and jeans.
